Charming stay with friendly vibes

I loved the cozy atmosphere of the hotel! The staff were great with their warm hospitality. Waking up to great views reminded me I was on vacation.

The air conditioning in my room was a bit tricky. I struggled to regulate the temperature. It slightly affected my sleep, but the experience was still enjoyable.

reasonably clean hotel, enjoyed to be just next door to taxi to osman bey 8 tl as well as many hospitals thanks to marvellous and perfect location. the breakfast was marvellous with cheese, worth the price. the service was terrific during all my fabulous stay.

You've gotta try the wood-fired pizzas, they're like a slice of heaven! Plus, the staff were really nice, sending up complimentary fruit platters. The neighborhood vibe is on point, with places like Besiktas Balik just a stone's throw away.

While the breakfast could use a little flair, it didn't dull the overall shine of our stay, everything else was stellar!

It was a great location close to a tube station. Tried some takeout specials at Pret a Manger, luckily it was not very far from the venue.

The standard double room was clean and well-equipped, with a powerful hairdryer and complimentary toiletries, which enhanced the comfort of our stay. The hotel was situated in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to public transport. Breakfast could have been more varied, and while the staff was generally attentive, service could occasionally feel disorganized during peak hours.

Comfortable stay with excellent cleanliness

The beds were comfortable and the daily fresh water supply, along with coffee and tea. The location is advantageous, being close to major clinics, and I appreciated the complimentary toiletries, especially the powerful hairdryer that was a nice touch! The breakfast could definitely use some improvement in variety to make it more exciting.

We loved exploring the local area, especially checking out the vibrant market nearby. The hotel was just a short walk away from some great spots. The friendly reception.

The breakfast was good, giving us a solid start to our days. We loved exploring the bustling local market and visiting the nearby historical sites. The friendly receptionist, and it was nice to have free breakfast included. Definitely a great spot to relax and have fun with friends!

I did have a hiccup with the bartender regarding ice blocks needed for my medication, which weren't returned upon check-out. It caused some stress before my flight, and I believe they need to ensure better communication about these needs in the future.

Overall a decent stay.
